This day tour was a fantastic choice for our family of six! Meeting at 7:50 AM in Nipponbashi, Osaka, was incredibly convenient. We visited Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), Kiyomizu-dera, Sannenzaka, and also Byodo-in Temple, Omotesando (the main approach to Japan), and Uji Shrine – a rich and diverse itinerary.
What touched us most was our tour guide, Joy, who took impeccable care of us throughout the trip! Joy not only provided clear and detailed explanations in Chinese but also enthusiastically helped us take beautiful family photos – her photography skills were superb! Furthermore, Joy generously recommended must-try local foods and Uji matcha, ensuring we enjoyed authentic and delicious meals. She was incredibly patient with both the older members and the children, making our family trip safe and enjoyable.
A huge thank you to Joy for giving us such wonderful memories! If any friends or family are planning a trip to Kansai, I will definitely recommend Joy's tour! 👍★

It was Friday, October 26/23, with Guide Oh Seok-bong's team. I had seen him mentioned quite a bit in reviews... and as expected, he made the whole trip fun and enjoyable with his cheerful wit and sense of humor. Fortunately, we had a weather fairy with bright sunshine, so the photos turned out beautifully. I followed his tips for each place—"Don't eat this" and "Make sure to stay far from this"—and wow, every choice was top-notch! If anyone is planning an Osaka-Kyoto trip, I definitely want to recommend this tour.★

We took our kids to Japan for summer vacation. There were so many places we wanted to visit, but transportation was a hassle, and without a guide, we didn't understand anything. We'd never done a day trip with a tour group before, so we decided to give it a try, and it was truly a five-star experience! This package was really good and affordable (I never expected it to be so cheap and so good). The guide, a Chinese resident with permanent residency in Japan, was incredibly welcoming. The bus was comfortable the whole way, and he shared a lot about the local customs and culture he'd experienced in Japan over the years. We were very grateful to our guide, Wu Shifeng, who was excellent and professional, with no hidden costs! The day trip to Kyoto's classic sights was perfectly paced! Highly recommended! Everyone should check it off their list!★

Excellent deal for one full day tour covered Nara and Kyoto. Tour guide 美奈子 speaks English, Chinese, and Japanese fluently. She was detailed to explain all attractions we are going to visit, and gave us tips for what to see and what to do. She walked with us to make sure we didn't miss popular spots. I would like to recommend 美奈子 to everyone. The tour bus is a little bit tight between seats unlike other tour buses have well spaced leg room.★

It was great. The driver was punctual, helpful, friendly, patient and easy to communicate with. We had a good time in Nara and he also stopped by a few places for us since my son really wanted to get a new Nintendo, and with his help, we found the console that my son really wanted. Driver Mr Richard also gave advice as to where to eat, shop, and visit. We had a wonderful time.★

The driver was very friendly and could arrange each trip to his own specifications. He would also contact you the day before the trip to confirm the itinerary. I highly recommend hiring them if you are traveling in a group to Osaka!
