How to use
1. Voucher issuance time: For same-day bookings: The system will send your access voucher within 5-10 mins after successful payment. For non-same-day bookings: We will issue the QR code around midnight on your travel date. For special requests, please contact online customer support to obtain it in advance.
2. Upon arrival at the airport, check and use your QR code via the [Trip.com app - Messages] page. Present this QR code at the corresponding lounge for redemption. You may also tap "Customer support - Supplier online support" to view your confirmation voucher. The real-name verification QR code is non-refundable once activated. Please use it within the specified time limit!
3. The lounge does not operate on a reservation system. If it is crowded, you may need to queue or face entry restrictions. Please confirm on-site before sending info to activate the QR code. Once the QR code is generated, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. [If concerned about capacity, you may book on-site—vouchers are issued within 5-10 mins.]
4. Users must provide an English name that matches the one on their flight ticket or boarding pass; otherwise, verification will fail.

1. Lounge staff will check your passport and e-boarding pass, and the name in English must match exactly for redemption. Please ensure the name in English you provide is identical to that on your flight ticket and boarding pass.


2. Most VIP lounges are located airside. If you wish to access the lounge before check in, please contact your airline for early check-in arrangements. The relevant information is provided by the airline and we are unable to check it.


3. The lounge does not support reservations. If it is full, please wait patiently in line. Lounge occupancy fluctuates dynamically, making it impossible to predict the number of guests at your arrival time. [If you're concerned about overcrowding, you may place your booking on-site (tickets will be issued within 5-10 minutes).]


4. The lounge product is purchased with real names and cannot be refunded or changed. Please acknowledge the above information. Thank you for your understanding!
