What is included in the The London Pass®?
With The London Pass®, you can visit all of the London attractions, guided tours, local experiences and more included in the London attractions list based on the duration of your digital credits package.
Which attractions in the The London Pass® require reservations?
You can find out if a reservation is required for the attractions included in your digital credits package by clicking on the link in your e-ticket. All attractions marked "Reservation required" require a reservation in advance.
How is the validity period of the The London Pass®?
(1) If the credit package is not used, it will be valid for 1 year from the time of booking confirmation and will expire at 23:59 on the last day.
(2) The credit package is activated when you enter the first attraction and is valid for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10 days from the activation time. (PS: It is strongly recommended to use it early in the morning because once activated, its validity period will be calculated based on consecutive Days, not every 24 hours. For example, if you purchase a 3-day credit package and activate it at 14:00 on June 1st, it will be valid until 24:00 on June 3rd, not until 14:00 on June 4th)
Can the The London Pass® be refunded or changed?
If you do not activate the credit package within 90 days of purchase, you can refund it at any time (if you need to cancel, you can contact customer service). Once the credit package has been activated at the first scanned attraction, it is not possible to make full/partial refund. (PS: Activation means scanning the code at the entrance of the attraction, not email activation)
Can I visit each attraction for multiple times?
No, you can only visit each attraction once.
