Admission Policy

• Admission to the show/venue by a valid ticket
• No outside food and drinks are allowed in the venue
• Water bottles are to be emptied before entering the venue
• Bag check will be conducted on all personal and/or hand-carry baggage for safety & security purposes
• Bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 30cm are not allowed into the venue
• Seating will be allocated on a first come first serve basis
• Re-entry is not allowed for both The Great Cirque des Cascades & The Great Bay Fiesta if you leave the premise. During showtime/intermission, if you are to leave The Great Cirque des Cascades premise, re-entry is not allowed
• Washrooms are available within The Great Cirque des Cascades premise
• Should you arrive late, you will need to wait at the back until an appropriate break in the performance, before you are ushered to your seats
• Wheelchair-accessible seats are only available for the Standard category. The venue is not able to accommodate mobility scooters. Please contact our customer service team
• Stroller parking is available, please approach ushers on-site for assistance

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

• No photography, videography and audio recording or social media live streaming is allowed

Safe Management Measures

• Mask-wearing indoors will be optional. However, patrons are encouraged to exercise personal and social responsibility by continuing to wear their masks, especially in crowded places
• Any change in policies will be updated in accordance with the Government guidelines as the announcements are made

Other Terms & Conditions

• Ticket is valid for one (1) person only
• Ticket is valid for the allocated date and time only
• Ticket is non-transferable
• Ticket is not for sale or exchange
• Ticket is non-refundable, even in cases of inclement weather
• Ticket is void if altered
• Ticket is not valid during special events.
• Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice, guest may visit http://www.the-showmaster.com for updates prior to the visit
• Only programs and/or services authorized by The Show Master are permitted in The Great Bay Fiesta presented by Trip.com
• The Show Master reserves the right to vary or amend any terms and conditions without prior notice
• Any resale of tickets/vouchers is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing by The Show Master. The Show Master reserves the right to invalidate tickets/vouchers in connection with any fraudulent/unauthorized resale transaction, without refund or other compensation.
• Tickets/Vouchers only allow for one (1) time use only. If it is determined by The Show Master that there are multiple copies/usages of the ticket, usage of the ticket will be denied. In the event of any dispute, a final decision shall be made based on our electronic record.
