Our driver and guide, Wang Sanlang, speaks Chinese, English, Japanese, and Thai. He was fantastic! 👍 Enthusiastic and flexible. There was no hard selling or extra fees. He respected our needs. He gave us commemorative photos after the tour. Great memories.

This tour is highly recommended! Before the tour begins, you're clearly informed of pick-up and drop-off times and the destinations. The vehicle is comfortable, and the tour leader/driver is humorous and provides easy-to-understand explanations as you approach attractions. Before visiting any sites, they offer the best sightseeing methods, such as which landmarks to visit first to avoid competing with other tour groups for photo opportunities, or suggesting meals to avoid peak dining times. They also remind you of meeting times via text message, which is very thoughtful. The itinerary is well-paced, feeling "just right." Therefore, I recommend this tour to those with limited travel time or who don't want to plan their own itinerary or find transportation—it saves you time and effort.

This tour was delayed by an hour and a half due to an accident on the day of the tour. The replacement driver was friendly and gave a pleasant explanation. I was worried about the rain, but the photos turned out even better, which was satisfying. I was also delighted that the lantern-flying scene at Shifen was so well captured. Jiufen was also even more charming and beautiful in the rain.

The trip was smooth. The driver assigned to us was very kind, and his driving skills were top-notch—especially appreciated by someone like me who gets motion sickness. We were the only 8 people (2 groups) on the tour, so there was no difficulty with waiting times as we went through our itinerary. After the trip, we were served some nougat and warm tea. Highly recommended!
