[Cotai Water Jet] Fly You to Macao - Free Ferry Tickets Offer

Free Ticket is applicable to the route from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Sheung Wan) to Macau Taipa Ferry Terminal.

Passengers who successfully reserved the Free Ticket shall receive a confirmation email.

Passengers must present the confirmation email, valid foreign travel documents and Transportation Receipt for verification. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of this Offer.

This Offer does not apply to the Passenger who holds either Hong Kong Identify Card, Macau Resident Identity Card, Taiwan travel documents, Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao (EEP), the People’s Republic of China passport, Hong Kong SAR passport, Macau SAR passport or British National Overseas (BNO) visa.

Sailing date of Free Ticket must be within seven (7) days from the arrival date stated on the Transportation Receipt. Departure location of the Transportation Receipt must not be Macau. 

According to the requirements of Macau Tourism Bureau, for verification and statistical purpose,

Passengers are required to provide relevant personal data such as name, year of birth, place of issue of travel document and departure location (“Personal Data”) before boarding.

All sailings must be completed on or before 31 December 2025.

During the Offer Period, each Transportation Receipt can redeem a maximum of one (1) Free Ticket. Free Ticket is for Passenger’s personal use only.

This Offer is subject to seat availability and limited quota on a first come first served basis.

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).

No change, cancellation or refund is available once Free Ticket is issued. Free Ticket must not be

transferred or resold.

All Free Tickets which are altered, damaged or expired will be void.

Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“Company”) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen Free Ticket, and no reissuance of Free Ticket will be entertained.

By redeeming this Offer, Passengers confirm their agreement with the Privacy Notice as stated on

By redeeming this Offer, Passenger hereby expressly acknowledges and provides consent for his/her

Personal Data be collected, used, and shared as described herein and in the Privacy Notice. Passenger

authorizes Company to collect, use, store and process, automatically or manually, the Personal Data

he/she provides the Company during his/her participation in this Offer and any data related with his/her

participation in this Offer. (collectively the “Data”). For the purpose of verification and statistical as described above. In addition, Passenger also expressly authorizes the Company and its affiliates (“Sands”) to share

the Data and with any third party service providers of any Sands’ properties that has entered into a written

agreement with Sands that is substantially similar to Company’s Privacy Notice. Passenger acknowledges

that the transfers authorized may constitute an international transfer of Personal Data and that the different jurisdictions where Sands and third-party service providers are incorporated may have different data

privacy laws and protections from the data privacy laws and protections in place in the jurisdiction where

the Passenger is located. The Company will comply with the applicable requirements under the Macau

Special Administrative Region on cross-border transfer of Personal Data, and will implement appropriate

safeguards. Passenger has the right to view his/her Personal Data, requests additional information about its storage and processing, requires any necessary amendments, withdraws the consent herein. Passenger

can to change, remove or review the information provided anytime by either writing to the Company at

Estrada da Baía de Nossa Senhora da Esperança, The Venetian Macao, Executive Offices – L2, Taipa,

Macao or by emailing the Company at 15.  privacy@sands.com.mo. Passenger’s data will be kept will be

retained for as long as legally required and in accordance with the Company data retention and

classification policies. The Company takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect

Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Company reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions, Terms and

Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Luggage, Privacy Notice or this Offer at any time without notice. 

In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final.  

The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
