What's included
One guided tour in London, Oxford, or Cambridge with a live Chinese guide. Inclusions vary by package. For inquiries, please contact customer support.
1. The fee does not include attraction admission tickets and sightseeing cruise tickets for the guided route.

3. For the 8-hour London walking guide (daily), an additional £15 per day is required for the guide's lunch.
How to use
1. After placing the order, please wait for our confirmation. Once confirmed, we will send the e-voucher to your email.
2. Please carefully check the e-voucher upon receipt. If any information is incorrect, please contact us promptly.
3. The e-voucher will provide the guide's contact information and meeting address. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
4. In case of an emergency during your trip, please call the emergency contact number on the e-confirmation form in Attachment 1. If you change your registered contact information during your trip, please inform us immediately.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Private tours and 8-hour guided tours are limited to a maximum of 30 guests. Additional fees will apply for exceeding this number. Please contact our online customer support for specific pricing details.
