Our guide, Mr. Zhang, was truly outstanding. His explanations were incredibly detailed and professional, showcasing his vast knowledge. He narrated the stories of each attraction in a vivid and engaging way, making us feel as if we were immersed in that historical period. The itinerary was both fulfilling and well-planned, with meticulous attention to every detail. He was exceptionally patient, helping our child collect stamps at each attraction. Our trip was incredibly rewarding and a truly wonderful experience. We will definitely hire Mr. Zhang again next time we visit Xi'an.

At first, they forgot to pick me up, but aside from that minor incident and the fact that I lost a little time seeing the One Pillar Pagoda, it was easy to get in touch with them, and they were very willing to resolve the issue. In fact, they more than made up for it, and I loved the tour. I highly recommend it. The guide is incredible and has everything very well organized, and her explanations are incredibly detailed and interesting. I think it's not only a great way to get to know the city, but it's essential because otherwise, you don't truly understand Vietnamese culture, its history, and the reasons behind the way its citizens and the city itself are. Plus, the tour highlights the most important points of interest in Hanoi. The minivan ride was super comfortable, the driver was excellent, and I felt safe and supported throughout the tour. Despite being a solo traveler, I connected with the rest of the group, largely thanks to the guide. 100% recommended.

The cruise was amazing. We didn't regret choosing it for a second. I agree with other reviews that lunch was too early, but it was delicious. There was also a kayaking trip and a cave visit, along with a master class from the chef. My only advice: be careful around the pool; there's no rubber surface and it's easy to fall. And that's exactly what I did.

The trip was amazing thanks to our very lively and helpful tour guide Diana. She taught us all the interesting inforamtion of incense and traditional Vietnamese hat making. She even took a good picture of us. I am so glad she is our tour guide.
