Family ticket: 1 family ticket includes 2 adults + 2 children.

1-day ticket: Valid on the selected travel date, can be used on 3 bus routes, and must be used within the daytime bus operating hours on that day.

Free for children under 4 years old not occupying a seat. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

1. On your selected travel date during bus operation hours, present the e-voucher provided by the supplier at the bus stop/service point/service staff (including the driver) to exchange for your physical ticket and other included items in the package. Please keep your physical ticket safe. Then begin your hop-on hop-off bus tour at the designated route stops.

 

2. One-way sightseeing cruise ticket: Requires app/official website sign-in to download. Please carefully read the product details page/e-voucher content.

 

Notes:

 

1) Please identify the bus operator you purchased from, and present your e-voucher to the bus operator's service staff (including the driver)/service point for use.

 

2) After a successful purchase, you will receive an e-voucher from the supplier. Please download it in advance and have it ready before boarding so that staff can assist you quickly.

 

3) Only one guest's information is required per booking, so the e-voucher for a single booking will display one guest's information. The system automatically retrieves information from the "Contact Person" field. If you encounter such a situation, please be aware that the name will not affect usage. Please ensure you present all pages of the e-voucher for use.

 

4) Buses do not operate 24 hours a day. The operating hours and frequency vary for each route.

 

5) Before your trip, please check the official website to understand the operating hours and frequency of each bus route, and plan your itinerary accordingly.

 

6) If the station staff is temporarily unavailable, please wait for the next bus to arrive. The driver will assist you.

 

7) If you have any questions, please consult the on-site staff (including drivers) directly or visit the main station service point for assistance.

 

8. Don't wait until the last minute for the final bus. If you arrive at the stop after the final bus has departed, you won't be able to board.
