He led us on an in-depth tour of the Temple of Heaven, from the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests and the Echo Wall to the Garden Mound, eloquently explaining the wisdom and historical culture of the ancient architecture in a clear, engaging, and accessible way. Excellent tour. Though it's not as kids friendly as expected, but definitely worth it as walking around the vast vast vast palace museum without a guide to explain the history and hidden meanings of what you're seeing could be quite pointless.

A great tour! It's very convenient that you can see three main sights in one day. Of course, the tours aren't very detailed and the guide doesn't tell much, but it's more than good for a first introduction! The guide, Van, is pleasant and patient.
