If you're running short on time, please go directly to the Tanis Ferry Company counter at the pier to redeem your ticket and check in for boarding at least 30 minutes in advance.
1. The time indicated is the departure time. The vehicle will pick you up from your hotel 60–90 minutes in advance, so please allow sufficient waiting time. Pickup areas in Bali include: Sanur area, Ubud center (Cocomart Ubud), Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu center, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua. The driver will pick you up from your Bali hotel and take you to the Sanur Harbour VIP lounge. Please wait patiently in the hotel lobby on time. For pickups outside the specified areas, an additional fee of CNY 50 per person will apply, payable directly to the driver.
2. If the ferry company is Tanis, please arrive at the Sanur Harbour VIP lounge at the blue Trip.com sign 45 minutes before the departure time to redeem your ticket and wait for boarding. For other ferry companies, proceed directly to the pier to locate the corresponding ferry company to redeem your ticket, but you may still use the VIP lounge privileges.
3. If you are in a hurry and do not need to visit the VIP lounge, proceed directly to the ferry company counter at the terminal. Present your Trip.com booking number and confirmation slip to redeem your ticket. Boarding closes 30 minutes before the latest departure time. During peak traffic hours, allow extra travel time in the morning and evening. No refunds will be issued for missed departures due to personal reasons.
