• Open the Tokyo Metro QR code on your ticket and redeem your ticket at the visitors-only ticket machines located at major Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations.

• You can also exchange your voucher with staff at the office of each Tokyo Metro station (except Kita-Senju, Naka-Meguro, Nakano, Nishi-Funabashi, Yoyogi-Uehara, Wako-shi, Hanzomon Line, and Shibuya and Meguro stations on the Hibiya Line).
• If your departure station does not have a ticket machine specifically for visitors, please ask the station staff for directions to another station with a ticket machine.
• Please note that tickets cannot be redeemed separately. Even if you purchase multiple tickets at once, only one QR code will be issued. When you redeem the QR code at the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, it will be exchanged for all valid tickets at the same time.
