I love this tour of the many cities compacted into 1 day. It was perfect for our family of 5. Our tour guide Valerie, was very knowledgeable about the areas and history of the locations we visited. She also had handy links for places to eat and visited after our trip. We were especially impressed with her helping us with the kimono rental on our tour. She helped us with our kimono outfits and took lovely family photos. She always kept us informed along the trip, so we never got lost. We wished there was more time to explore however we know where to go when we come back to Japan again.★

The itinerary was leisurely, the Nara deer were adorable, the Togetsukyo Bridge was stunning, and Kinkaku-ji Temple was dazzling with gold. Unfortunately, it was already late when we arrived at Fushimi Inari. The tour was bilingual (English and Chinese) that day, and our guide, Nick, explained everything very diligently, starting in English and then switching to Chinese later. He provided a lot of supplementary information about the attractions, and I highly recommend him!★

Overall, it was pretty good.
1. The itinerary was reasonably arranged.
2. We booked quite late, so the only available date was August 16th, but customer service still tried their best to coordinate a departure date of August 15th for us.
3. There were quite a few passengers. We boarded at the second meeting point, and the tour guide helped us adjust our seats so my daughter and I could sit together.
4. Areas for improvement:
1) Other travel agencies were at the meeting point, and they could receive the tour guide's WeChat or contact information in advance, but our agency couldn't. They also didn't give us the vehicle's license plate number; we had to find it by looking at pictures. This was very unsettling for tourists from a foreign country who didn't speak the language.
2) Don't assume Chinese tourists will be late (especially since the tour guide himself is Chinese). It makes people uncomfortable. If we were late, we wouldn't mind being left at the scenic spot according to the early arrival policy.
