After booking your tickets, you need to collect your physical tickets at the ferry company counter (showing your electronic voucher/confirmation) before entering the pier to board the ferry. Ticket collection time is from 06:00 to 17:00. Please arrive at the ticket counter one hour in advance, as you may not be able to board if you are late.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

2. We do not provide luggage/material storage services. Please keep your belongings with you. If you find any damaged luggage or wet materials, please contact the staff of the speedboat company immediately on site.
