






Tasman Glacier Experience: Helicopter Grand Circle Southern Alps (Including Glacier Landing) - 55 min
This is a very comprehensive way to experience the Aoraki / Mount Cook helicopter tour and admire the Southern Alps.
Cross the Southern Alps all the way to the west coast to admire the magnificent views of Fox Glacier and Franz Josef Glacier. Then fly north along the Tasman Sea, crossing the snow-capped peaks of the Southern Alps again to reach Tasman Glacier.
When traveling south along the Tasman, you can enjoy the magnificent views of Aoraki / Mount Cook National Park. Fly over the vast plateau and Hochstetter Icefall, pass by the eastern side of Aoraki / Mount Cook, and then land on the Tasman Glacier.
After landing on the glacier, you can step off the helicopter to take photos on the ice, then board the helicopter again to continue the sightseeing flight.
Before returning to Aoraki / Mount Cook Airport, you can once again enjoy the breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains and Tasman Glacier from a different perspective.
