The booking process was convenient. We arrived at the company office an hour before departure, checked in, and exchanged our voucher for a ticket. We paid the transportation fee of about 30,000 rubles per person there, and received luggage tags. We departed 30 minutes late. The boat was large and comfortable, with air conditioning and an open-air sundeck, where drinks were also available. Overall, everything was satisfactory.

We booked a private tour with our own itinerary. Rafting on the Ayung River, a visit to the Tirta Ganga and Lohangan Suites, and then transfer to our hotel in the Amed area. The tour operator was extremely customer-focused. Everything was clear. After booking, we immediately received a message about the next steps and clarification on a few points. The rafting was very attractively priced (almost half the price of buying rafting tours at the venue). The rafting itself was simply super exciting, impressive, and a must-do. The driver was very attentive and careful. I highly recommend it.
