Excellent service, the office was very easy to find; they're all located next to the embarkation port. I recommend arriving about 60 minutes early. Punctual and with a fan on board 👌

We were lucky to have madia as our driver. He is very trustworthy patient, and very accommodative. He reccomended a few places to stop by along the way we intend to go initially. He even offered to take pictures of us. Honest drivers a hard to come by these days, especially in a tourist saturated area such as bali. Definitely 5 star for the guy.
