The staff are super friendly. The location is inside of the hotel. The room is private and super clean. But the problem is the massage without any oil. I expect they put lil bit oil when they massage legs and hand. Because they have a lot of similar business nearby. So need to pay attention on guest experience. Thanks!

I used the massage service through the app for the first time, and I loved it. We were greeted warmly at the salon, offered wet wipes and slippers, and brought a cool drink. We filled out a questionnaire before the massage, and we enjoyed it. Afterward, they offered tea/coffee and cookies.

Highly recommended! I traveled alone and booked this package. I originally wanted the 26-store package, but ended up booking the 10-store package, which was non-refundable. Luckily, I was going to Lumpinee Park to see the lizards, so I realized there was a silver lining to my mistake – the store wasn't far from the park. I followed the navigation and took the subway here. At first, the walkway looked quiet and there weren't many people, which made me a little worried, but once I found the store and started enjoying the services, my worries vanished. Later, more and more people came to experience it, including tourists from Europe, America, Australia, and Africa, which completely exceeded my expectations. I first soaked in the hot spring for about 45 minutes, although 15-20 minutes is usually enough. Afterwards, I had a one-hour Thai massage. They also offer food and drinks, so you can probably eat there for an extra charge. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and completely relieved my initial anxiety. It was a fantastic experience! If I have the chance to come again, I will try the other branch.

I inquired about same-day reservations via email before purchasing, and they kindly accommodated my request, allowing me to enjoy a hot spring bath and massage. Unlike typical Japanese public baths, the hot springs are swimsuit-required, allowing men and women to use them together, which was a great advantage. The massage rooms are also completely private, making for a more relaxing experience. While there are plenty of massage parlors in town, I highly recommend getting a proper massage once in a while!
