From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep before my next flight. This eSIM was easy to install and activate, and the activation took little time. We bought it for the French Polynesia and it worked very well on Tahiti and Mo'orea islands. On Bora Bora, the signal strength dropped dramatically and we were on 4G or 3G: the connection was super slow and spotty. It’s said that this is expected due to the volcanic topography and the hotel we were staying at was on the foothill of the central mountains that their peaks block cellular signals, creating prominent dead zones or dropping connections down to slow 3G speeds in the island's deep valleys and shadows. The hotel WiFi was also very weak there.
