Great offer from Trip and partners. I ordered an eSIM before boarding the plane, paying with TripCoins. While I was flying, I set up my Android phone (the instructions were easy to understand), and it activated immediately after disabling Flight Mode. Connection in Sharjah and Dubai was uninterrupted. I've got a 0.5 GB plan for 7 days for emergency information, sending messages, and viewing maps of the cities I'm in. It loads images well, and the speed is decent. It doesn't find a network right away; you have to wait. So far, I've only tested the UAE and Qatar; Bahrain is next. If everything works out, I'll buy a few more days of data.
