The local team is very professional, with their own store in the town. The store has a parking lot, training room, changing room, and a huge cultural and creative gift shop. They are very professional! After four hours, it was not as tiring as I had imagined. On the contrary, it was full of fun and a first-time experience for me.★

Overall, booking through Trip.com was excellent, and customer service was readily available. Although the flight was cancelled due to weather conditions on the day of the trip, we were able to reschedule for the following day directly through the counter. However, the original hiking tour was full, so we opted for the shorter 45-minute helicopter tour instead. Trip.com also assisted with the refund.Trip.com picks
