To put it mildly, it was fantastic. First of all, the price was low, and I was able to travel around Italy without stress by choosing a plan with 1GB of data per day. Setup was also very easy, and the excellent support that Trip.com offers meant I could buy with peace of mind knowing there was someone I could rely on immediately if any problems arose. Overall, internet access is generally available in the city, and ChatGPT does work. However, it's unclear whether this is an Italian issue or an eSIM issue, but the network is very poor or even non-existent in some indoor areas. It's recommended to download offline translation in areas with good network coverage to avoid not being able to understand menus in restaurants.

It’s working good until I select the network option by myself. Setup automatically isn’t working at all.
