Easy to use. Booking seats online is very convenient and saves a lot of time. Then, on the day of the flight, you pick up the actual ticket at the counter by showing your passport. Or, if you feel the booking time is too long, you can ask the ticket counter staff to change the time.

This day trip to Jiufen and Shifen Waterfalls in Taipei was an unforgettable experience. Our guide, James, was very experienced and managed the pace and time of the trip very well. The bus service was also excellent. Moreover, James speaks fluent English, Japanese, and Mandarin, and explained the itinerary very clearly. Although the weather was hot that day, we were still able to experience the most beautiful side of Jiufen and Shifen. I highly recommend this trip to tourists who do not have their own car.
