The staff are super friendly. The location is inside of the hotel. The room is private and super clean. But the problem is the massage without any oil. I expect they put lil bit oil when they massage legs and hand. Because they have a lot of similar business nearby. So need to pay attention on guest experience. Thanks!★

I went to the outlet near Terminal 21 called Heritage Asoke. The location is superb as it is right next to the station. The environment is great and comfortable. The staffs are friendly as booking via external platforms require extra verification. The rooms are clean with all the necessities provided.★

Highly recommended! I traveled alone and booked this package. I originally wanted the 26-store package, but ended up booking the 10-store package, which was non-refundable. Luckily, I was going to Lumpinee Park to see the lizards, so I realized there was a silver lining to my mistake – the store wasn't far from the park. I followed the navigation and took the subway here. At first, the walkway looked quiet and there weren't many people, which made me a little worried, but once I found the store and started enjoying the services, my worries vanished. Later, more and more people came to experience it, including tourists from Europe, America, Australia, and Africa, which completely exceeded my expectations. I first soaked in the hot spring for about 45 minutes, although 15-20 minutes is usually enough. Afterwards, I had a one-hour Thai massage. They also offer food and drinks, so you can probably eat there for an extra charge. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and completely relieved my initial anxiety. It was a fantastic experience! If I have the chance to come again, I will try the other branch.★

I would absolutely recommend this place. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The facilities are impeccable. The massage was definitely worth every penny and they made sure to check you were happy with your service. It's foreigner friendly so please don't worry about a language barrier. The rooms have a bathroom attached so you can showet before and after. After the massage they take you to a mini bar area with drinks and snacks. It was so good! I will definitely come back 😊★

I wanted to experience a spa on my first trip to Bangkok, so I booked this place, which was very close to my hotel and had good reviews. The facilities were very clean. The receptionist and the masseuse were both very friendly. The tea, sweets, and mango I was given before and after the treatment were all delicious. After booking, you need to contact them by phone or email to confirm the date and time, which might be a little difficult for those who don't speak English. I was very satisfied and would definitely like to visit again when I go to Bangkok next time.
