I'm nervous, I won't deny, but everything went 100%. I booked first class with transfer. The reservation was confirmed and that was it. No car number, no idea whether there would be one at all, maybe no cars, right? But everything went well! My family and I parked in a convenient spot and to all the arriving cars – Phi Phi? Phi Phi? Finally, ours has arrived! What a joy! Then everything went as planned: at the seedling pier, we go to the 3rd counter, look for ourselves on the list, and they give us a sticker. First and premium class passengers are escorted to chairs to wait for their flight. The check-in starts with premium, then first and economy. No one will leave you behind; they will help you everywhere. By the way, it's quite convenient with luggage. There are ramps everywhere. They offer water/drinks/tea/coffee and muffins. Everything is very comfortable, the main thing is not to lose your sticker before boarding, because they are very volatile!★

We booked a hotel pick up and ferry from Krabi to PhiPhi and it went very smoothly. The pick up was on time and the van was clean and comfortable . The price was the cheapest we had seen so it was a win win!! Will deffo book this again!!★

We booked a ticket while still in Russia. Everything went smoothly, and the transfer arrived on time. We were taken to the pier and given roundtrip tickets. The ticket already indicated the return ferry departure time (9:00 AM or 2:00 PM). There's a large ferry, and the journey takes two hours, as stated. We spent three days on Phi Phi. On the way back, we went to the counter, showed our tickets, and the counter staffer confirmed where we needed the return transfer. Tickets on Trip are cheaper than buying at the ticket office or at the pier. I definitely recommend it.
