Everything works perfectly, both to and from Phi Phi. One downside is that the ferry can be delayed and take longer than expected, so plan ahead. Also, keep in mind that a one-day trip to Phi Phi isn't the most efficient solution; plan for 1-2 days with an overnight stay.★

Very convenient! I bought a Cherkz Prilrzhenie ticket with a hotel transfer. They asked for the hotel name when boarding, told us where to go when disembarking, and that's it! We were the only ones in first class. Just before departure, four more people boarded because there were no seats in economy. Isn't that chic? The transfer driver was a true virtuoso; his driving skills were 100 out of 100! I highly recommend him!★

We booked a ticket while still in Russia. Everything went smoothly, and the transfer arrived on time. We were taken to the pier and given roundtrip tickets. The ticket already indicated the return ferry departure time (9:00 AM or 2:00 PM). There's a large ferry, and the journey takes two hours, as stated. We spent three days on Phi Phi. On the way back, we went to the counter, showed our tickets, and the counter staffer confirmed where we needed the return transfer. Tickets on Trip are cheaper than buying at the ticket office or at the pier. I definitely recommend it.★

We booked a hotel pick up and ferry from Krabi to PhiPhi and it went very smoothly. The pick up was on time and the van was clean and comfortable . The price was the cheapest we had seen so it was a win win!! Will deffo book this again!!★
