I'm very grateful to the Ctrip customer service representative for quickly arranging the car for the day and communicating the itinerary with the driver, so even though we didn't speak the language, we were able to travel very happily. The trip was excellent. Everything was on time. We booked a boat from Phuket to Lanta, and the total sailing time was 1 hour 50 minutes, with a 10-minute stop on Phi Phi, where we dropped off other tourists and picked up new ones. Great company.

The hotel's beach is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean. I booked a front-row room with a sea view! Free shuttle service to and from the pier is provided upon check-in and check-out. After disembarking at Tonsai, just look for hotel staff; someone will meet you. The boat departs every hour on the hour for check-out. Breakfast is decent. There are even kittens in the hotel.

On time, and the staff were polite and provided good service. However, I wish the boat were cleaned more thoroughly, especially the windows.
