The internet works perfectly in 90% of the places I've been. Yes, there have been occasional internet outages in remote areas of the South Island, but that's not really a problem with the specific esim, but with overall coverage in New Zealand.

Good value for money, had reception at most of the places in New Zealand. Signal did drop out a little bit along some routes. We used it do explore both North and South Island of New Zealand. Very handy for Google Maps which did not draw a lot of data. Make sure you turn off any automatic downloads/push data from emails that will drain your data quickly.
