Everything went perfectly. Exchanging tickets at the ticket office, boarding, disembarking, and the trip itself. A motion sickness pill certainly saved me, but the boat was big and there were no waves at all. There were two stops along the way, though, which weren't mentioned. Incidentally, only a few companies mention this; it's hard to plan when the trip ends up taking over 33 hours instead of the stated 1.5 hours. Overall, I would definitely choose this company if necessary. I felt safe.

We booked a boat for a trip to Lombok. The organization was excellent; we were picked up at the appointed time, and the transfer to the pier went well. The trip itself was not tiring and was comfortable! Thank you!

We arrived 45 minutes before departure. We upgraded our reservations to tickets. Boarding began on time. Departure was delayed by 15 minutes. We sailed via Nusa Penida. The total time to Trawangan was 3 hours.

The boat is quite old, but it sails well, and no one got seasick. Everything was as planned, as per the booking. We sailed on time. We were asked to pay an additional 30,000 rubles for an entrance ticket to the island at check-in.

I was 30 minutes late. But that's not the problem. The problem is that the description doesn't mention any stops. One of them took almost half an hour, and we simply drifted through the open sea. Why doesn't anyone include this information in any of the descriptions? It's so important! It makes it impossible to plan the rest of the day properly.

Booking was easy; the voucher arrived within an hour. It included full instructions on how to find the office and check in for the boat. The office is located about 100 meters from the pier. The sailing was on time, right on schedule, at 11:00 AM from Gili Trawangan. There's an upper deck on board without air conditioning, and there are also air-conditioned inner decks. Free water is also a plus. The boat is large, and we barely felt the waves.
