We travelled from the UK to KL though china, activated thr sim in the UK... When we landed in KL in the airplane we started getting 4G... It has been working quite well for us

Great!!! Currently using - 4 days in, no issues at all. Has worked great for Grab and maps. This was alot cheaper than any other sim i found. Would definitely recommend 👌🏽

I purchased the eSIM in Japan before departure, and installed and activated it there. Upon arriving at Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport, I turned on the eSIM, but it displayed "E" instead of 4G or 5G, and I couldn't connect to the internet. I contacted support and tried various solutions, but they didn't resolve the issue. Ultimately, since I was using an MVNO (Japan Communications) eSIM on my iPhone, deleting the configuration profile solved the problem. After connecting, I had no further issues and was able to use it comfortably throughout my stay.
