The tour with Miya as our guide was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and consistently reminded us of meeting times and important details, which made everything run smoothly. I also appreciated that our ID badges already included her contact information.
The only slight downside was the weather. It was raining when we visited Jiufen and Shifen, and I was a bit worried that my parents might slip on the wet roads. That said, the weather is beyond the tour agency’s control, so it’s completely understandable overall.★
