I chose the 100gb for 1 day option during my layover. It was easy to set up (I had an issue setting up, I think it was because I was using another esim. But I got swift resolution from the support team and manually installed it). It worked incredibly well in Shanghai and I got to walk around till 2am before returning to the airport.

It's easy to install, but keep in mind that you need internet access, so activate it in advance while you're in range of your home network. Just follow the instructions in the description, enable data roaming, and sometimes you might need to restart your phone. I landed in Hong Kong and the internet was working right away. Excellent signal and good speeds in both Hong Kong and Macau. I highly recommend it!
