The tour is nice, and my favorite place was to Grindelwald. The mountain First is a must-see. On the tour they suggest you buy the tickets to the mountain on the bus, but it’s not necessary, since you can do that easily at the desk once you arrive there. If you have the SwissPass you also have a discount on your ticket at the desk. I just have one thing to say: I think the guide talks too much during the whole 12 hours tour and it might be a bit disturbing since we want to relax and enjoy the view too. She was kind and gave us some nice information about Swiss culture, buy it was a bit too much. Watch out: there are no toilets on the bus.

My husband and I really enjoyed seeing the city via etuk-tuk. It’s so much nicer (faster) than walking, and better than driving in a car (since it’s open and can go down narrow streets). I would recommend this to anyone wanting a quick taste of the city.

During my stay in Switzerland, I made full use of the SBB pass. It was incredibly convenient – trains, trams, ferries, and most museums – no need to worry about buying tickets, just choose the right time. Plus, there's a Chinese version of the SBB pass on WeChat mini-program, which is accurate and easy to use. I'll definitely buy the pass again next time I'm in Switzerland.

This tour was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland! It was small & personal. Our guide, Wilkens, made the day memorable with his kindness, warmth and laughter. He did everything to ensure we had the most amazing day! The Alps were absolutely stunning, and the waterfall and hike were breathtaking. The day was more than what we could have imagined!!


