From Zhangye, go directly to Zhuoer Mountain via Erga Highway via Sunan. The first picture is the scene of the road construction. In fact, the whole mountain collapsed. Finally, we went to Menyuan, took a few photos of rapeseed flowers, and then stayed in Xining. After walking for 16 hours a day, I was really tired.

The cliff should be a fantastic attraction. We went on a sunny day, and the lake water was a vibrant blue. The sunlight reflecting off it created different colors depending on the direction from which it shone. Later, some clouds appeared, so we quickly left. However, as we walked, we noticed sunlight shining through the clouds, creating a Tyndall effect that actually made the lake even more beautiful – definitely worth the trip!

This place is incredibly expensive, and the 20 RMB shuttle bus is such a great deal; I'd probably pay around 40 RMB myself. On the way up, you can see snow-capped mountains from around the world and their corresponding altitudes. The ride takes about 15 to 25 minutes. Once you're up, you'll see 3-4 interconnected lakes, but there are 7-8 in total. The first 2-3 lakes have a very deep blue color, and the later lakes gradually change to a grayish-yellow hue. I recommend bringing a drone to capture distant views of the lakes, mountains, sky, clouds, grasslands, etc. If it's cold, the scenic area provides a small heated room to wait for the shuttle. Overall, it's excellent value, beautiful scenery, and the service is excellent.

I went after the National Day holiday. Navigating to the Ami Dongsuo Camping Base, the walk around the boardwalk is less than 2 kilometers. Due to snow and accompanying elderly relatives, I didn't venture deeper into the forest; the air was wonderful. If you plan to hike through the forest, you'll need to plan your route carefully! The base has sika deer and sheep!

The western part of the Jinyintan grassland is adjacent to Qinghai Lake, and the northeast is surrounded by Qilian Mountains. It has an average altitude of 3,200m and is divided into Jintan and Yintan. A small river flows through it. On the grass beach on the north bank, a kind of golden and fragrant small flower called Jinlumei blooms, so it is called Jintan; on the grass beach on the south bank, it is dominated by the silver-white Yinlumei, which is called Yintan. Every summer, wild flowers bloom, and Jinhua white flowers bloom into patches, like golden and silver grass beaches, so the Jinyintan grassland got its name.

The ancient city of Ebao is an important transportation route leading to the Hexi Corridor. The ancient city is trapezoidal in shape, with five battlements on each of the north and south walls. After hundreds of years of wind, frost, snow and rain, the ancient city of Ebao is now in ruins covered with green grass. In front of it are newly built city towers and sculptures.

Xianmi Forest Park is the largest forest area in Qinghai Province and the northern gate of Qinghai. It consists of plateau natural scenery and many historical and cultural landscapes throughout the county. The scenery is charming and can be called a holy place on earth.

Returning from Qilian to Xining, you must take the Menyuan road. If you only come to Menyuan, you might as well continue to go to Qilian for more than 100 kilometers. The scenery is better. But as a supply resting place on the road, it is still worth coming. Although parking costs 5 yuan, there are many cars and the order is a bit chaotic, it is not expensive to buy a flower wreath for 10 yuan, a barley cake for 2 yuan, and a baked potato for 8 yuan per pound. Really sit down, drink an ice cola, eat some potatoes, and feel the enthusiasm of the people of Qinghai. It's not expensive. For 10 yuan, you can also hold a lamb and take a photo. The wool of this lamb is really smooth like velvet. The first photo shows the snow-capped mountains, which is so beautiful! ! The beauty of the sky is just like this! [Scenery] [Fun]

Passed by on August 3, from Gangcha to Qilian, taking the G213 National Highway. You can't drive up there by yourself, the old road (provincial road) leading to the pass has been closed, at least you can't drive up there by yourself (not sure if it will be open again in the future), now you can take the G213 National Highway and pass through the Dadongshu Mountain Tunnel directly. I measured the altitude at the viewing point on the Qilian side, 3797 meters, which is also quite high. Although I didn't challenge the 4120 altitude as expected, I saved a lot of time because of the convenience of driving. In addition, the green mountains, herds of cattle and sheep, blue sky, and elegant white clouds on both sides of the G213 are definitely worthy of the reputation of "Qilian Wonderland".
