The Phi Phi Islands are an archipelago made up of Koh Phi Phi Yai to the north and Koh Phi Phi smaller to the south, along with four other smaller islands. Designated a national park in Thailand in 1983, these sun-drenched islands are dotted with powdery white beaches, azure waters, and numerous natural caves and unspoiled natural features that have made them one of Thailand's most popular destinations in recent years. The dreamy blue seas were featured in the Leonardo DiCaprio film “The Beach.”Thailand · Phi Phi Islands

Maya Bay is located on the west side of the Phi Phi Islands in Krabi Province, Thailand, and is a representative bay view along the Andaman Sea coast. The bay is arc-shaped, with fine white sandy beaches stretching along the coast, and clear blue-green water complemented by towering limestone cliffs on both sides, forming a relatively enclosed natural bay. The surrounding hills are covered with green vegetation, and the beach, water, and cliffs together form a distinctive natural view. There are no conventional city streets or large commercial facilities here, and the focus of the visit is mainly on enjoying the bay's landforms, beach scenery, and the surrounding natural environment.Phi Phi Islands · 7.1km from downtown

Monkey Beach is located in the northwest of Phi Phi Island, Thailand. It is a small beach famous for its wild macaques. Visitors can take a longtail boat from Tonsai Bay to get there, which takes about 15 minutes. You can also choose to rent a kayak and paddle along the coastline. The visiting hours are from morning to noon, when the tide is low and the monkeys often move around on the beach. Visitors need to keep a safe distance and avoid feeding food to avoid being fined. It is recommended to use a clamshell backpack to prevent the monkeys from opening the zipper. There is a natural freshwater seepage point on the rock wall on the east side of the beach, where you can observe the monkeys' drinking behavior. At low tide, the underwater trail is exposed, which is suitable for snorkeling and observing giant clams. There are no commercial facilities on the beach. Visitors need to bring their own drinking water and food, and take away garbage. During the rainy season, the sea conditions may be unstable. It is recommended to check the weather forecast and maritime bulletins in advance. It is recommended to use a telephoto lens when taking photos, and avoid using flash to avoid disturbing the monkeys.Phi Phi Islands · 1.9km from downtown

The island features delicate white beaches and the lush bamboo forest for which it is named. The sea around Ko Mai Phai Island is azure in the distance, and becomes a clear jade by the seashore. The island has perfectly maintained natural features and fascinating fish swimming near the shore.Phi Phi Islands · 8.7km from downtown

Perlei Bay, also known as Emerald Bay, is located on the east side of Koh Phi Phi Island. The water here is very clear, because it is surrounded by many peaks, and even in strong storms, the water here is as calm as a swimming pool. Gradient sea color The water depth of the bay is 3-30 meters, the water depth is about 3-6 meters near the shore, and the water depth can reach 30 meters far from the coast. You can see that the color of the sea changes from blue to green because of the different shades. When the tide is low, there is a small beach of more than ten meters in the bay. A holy place for snorkeling Because the water is clear and calm, it is especially suitable for swimming and snorkeling.Phi Phi Islands · 6.5km from downtown

The wide Tonsai Bay is the "transportation hub" of Phi Phi Island, where the island's pier is located. This is also a bustling "commercial center", with shops in small alleys, from travel agencies to Internet cafes, from 7-11 to souvenir shops, there are also many daily necessities for travel. Restaurants and hotels make it lively and lively from morning to night. But there is no shortage of sparkling white sandy beaches, dancing tropical coconut groves, and breathtaking turquoise waters. Tourists who like to liven up can find everything they need in Tonsai Bay, while tourists who like quietness should consider whether they should live in a more remote area.Phi Phi Islands · 925m from downtown

Here you can overlook the panoramic view of Phi Phi Island and the coastline of the entire island, and you can have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery. In particular, you can clearly see Tonsai Bay and Lodaramu Bay. The crescent-like silver sandy beaches of the two bays are almost close to each other.Phi Phi Islands · 254m from downtown

Genuine Review: Birthday Trip to Maya Bay, ThailandVisited Maya Bay with my wife for her birthday just before the COVID outbreak in Thailand from Nepal. The bay was breathtaking-turquoise water, white sand, and dramatic cliffs. Arriving early made it feel private and magical. So grateful we experienced its beauty before closure and restrictions. A truly unforgettable memory for both of us!

It takes about two hours to get to Phi Phi Island by boat from Phuket. There are many shops and hotels, and it is bustling from morning to night. It was designated as a Thai national park in 1983. This is a place that is loved by the sun. Soft white sand and quiet blue water.

The atmosphere is really beautiful, but the island is a bit scary 🤣 because it is a small island. When I went, it was raining heavily and the sky was cloudy, so it was scary 😂 But even though there were clouds, the atmosphere and view were very beautiful. Beautiful nature

I recommend that you go up the mountain in the evening and don't miss the magnificent scenery between the mountains and the sea. We once went to the sunset bar in Cinque Terre, Italy, to admire the colorful houses on the cliffs that were beautifully filtered by the sunset. In comparison, the sunset on Phi Phi Island is not inferior, and has a more natural and magnificent beauty.

Hanuman World is definately a place to go to for half a day of fun. The best was the roller zipline. i thought it was safe and normal but it was exhilarating. half of the time i was hanging onto my dear life. The luge was fun too. for those who like to race with friends, the luge is a fun way to do it. If u have time, the unlimited rides would be very worth it. Being afraid of heights, the skywalk was the scariest for me.
