138 reviews

Twelve Behind·Shuanghe Cave Scenic Area is located in the hinterland of the Dalou Mountains in northern Guizhou, and is a sightseeing and adventure attraction built around the Shuanghe Cave cave system. Shuanghe Cave has undergone more than twenty joint Chinese-foreign scientific expeditions, and the total length of its surveyed passages has exceeded 400 km, ranking it among the world's longest caves; its passages developed in dolomite strata, and caves of such scale in similar rock formations are rare globally. The cave contains both water-filled and dry passages, with 8 main caves and numerous branch caves and multiple underground rivers interweaving above and below, caves adjacent to caves, caves connected to caves, caves above caves, and caves within caves, like a three-dimensional underground labyrinth, and interconnected with surface karst views such as sinkholes and depressions. In the cave, sedimentary formations such as gypsum crystal flowers, celestine crystals, curled helictites, and stone waterfalls are densely displayed. The attraction consists of the Shuanghe Valley, the underground fissure, and other touring areas as well as the Shuanghe Inn resort; visitors can admire the underground river and cave waterfalls along the underground valley, and can also walk into the deep, winding fissure passages. Most cave sections remain scientific research and exploration areas and are not open to ordinary visitors; regular tours are concentrated in the developed areas. To go deeper underground, visitors can join the cave exploration and educational programs that the attraction has long offered to ordinary visitors.

The scenic area is small and exquisite. The package ticket includes a sightseeing bus and elevator, and the tour takes about 2 hours. There are two caves in total, a water cave and a dry cave. It is suitable for young people who like adventure and excitement. There are swings, a knight cafe, and a via ferrata. Overall, it is okay.

It's worth visiting, although some areas may be closed during rain. For the adventurous, try the Via Ferrata, which features both waterfalls and caves, making it suitable for children's first exploration of karst landscapes. It's relatively convenient for tourists from nearby Zunyi to get there, and the local hot pot with beef skin is delicious.

Scenic spot features: Underground fissure landscape: The fissure gradually widens from top to bottom, and the narrowest part can only be passed by one person sideways, with a total length of 1,000 meters. Visitors can feel the traces of crustal movement here and explore the mysteries of the earth's interior. Karst landform: There are 120 scenic spots in the cave, including curled stones, stone flowers, underground rivers, cave waterfalls and nine bends and eighteen turns. These landscapes show the unique charm of karst landforms, which is amazing. Constant temperature environment: The cave has a constant temperature of 15 degrees Celsius all year round, warm in winter and cool in summer, and fresh air. It is a natural oxygen bar. Visitors can enjoy a comfortable tour environment here.

Before visiting Hongguoshu Waterfall, I learned about this scenic area online and thought it was just a niche attraction. However, I didn't expect to find so many amazing places here. The cave scenery is breathtaking, the aerial rafting is thrilling and exciting, and there is even a free cave hot pot. The waterfall scenery is also very grand. It was a great experience.

I rarely write reviews. This is my first time to go tracing the river in Qingxi Gorge. It feels great and worth recommending. I'll write about it for friends who want to know more! We gathered at the pier at 10 o'clock, took a cruise ship and a bamboo raft to the starting point of the tracing, and then followed the coach to start the tracing journey. The scenery along the way was beautiful, the water was clear, and there were many small fish. The coach was great and very responsible. Lunch was also arranged on the way. There were barbecue or firewood chicken to choose from. The coach distributed the prepared ingredients in advance. We chose the firewood chicken, which we fried ourselves. The ingredients were very fresh, tasted good, and the portion was sufficient. The coach also brought watermelon. It was 16 o'clock from the gathering at 10 o'clock to the end, but there was a break in the middle. We played all the way and didn't feel tired. Our family loved the whole trip. It is a highly recommended summer parent-child activity!

If you don’t enter the innermost canyon, this scenic spot is not worth visiting, because Guizhou is full of free mountains and water. However, when you enter the deep and beautiful canyon from the end of the sightseeing bus, the two sections of the canyon, three beautiful waterfalls, and countless charming deep pools, the clear and transparent glass water is rippling, and it is absolutely beautiful! Whether jumping into the pool and swimming, or human rafting, or climbing along the rock wall, this canyon stream starting from the "Guanyin Rock" statue is thrilling (mild) and fun, but the water in the canyon is cold and it is difficult to get sun, so you must pay attention to maintaining your body temperature...

Huishan Valley Health Spa does have a special place among the hot spring families, because the environment here is particularly quiet, suitable for putting aside all distractions and quietly enjoying the tranquility and rare relaxation.

It's super fun and definitely worth a visit. People of all ages love it, and everyone who sees it raves about it. The only downside is that the weather is a bit hot right now, and you'll be drenched in sweat after playing.
