The Bund is located along the Huangpu River, stretching approx. 1.5 km in length. As a symbolic attraction of Shanghai, it features a diverse collection of international architectural styles and the stunning night view of the Huangpu River as its highlights. The Bund stands with dozens of classical revival buildings in diverse styles, including the renowned Bank of China building, Shanghai Peace Hotel, Customs House, and HSBC building, recreating the former glory of the "Wall Street of the Far East." The Bund showcases various architectural styles, such as French classical, French chateau, and Gothic, which are significant historical sites and representative buildings of modern China, forming a stunning scenic line along the Huangpu River. As night falls, the neon lights on both banks illuminate the sky. Board a Huangpu River cruise or ferry and glide along the river, feeling the gentle breeze. Yu Garden

Yu garden is located in the northeast of Shanghai yu garden tourist business district, adjacent to Shanghai chenghuangmiao and Shanghai yu garden tourist mall. It is a renowned classical Jiangnan-style garden and a famous scenic spot both domestically and internationally. In 1982, it was approved as a "national key cultural relics protection unit". Yu Garden was first built during the Jiajing and Wanli periods of the Ming Dynasty, with a history of over 450 years. The garden's owner, Pan Yunduan, once served as the provincial administration commissioner of Sichuan. To allow his father to enjoy his later years, Pan Yunduan began from 1559 (the Jihai year of Jiajing reign) to transform his family's vegetable field by gathering stones, digging ponds, constructing pavilions, and planting bamboo to create a garden. After more than 20 years of meticulous effort, Yu Garden was completed. The character "Yu" carries the meanings of "peace" and "tranquility," and the name "Yu Garden" embodies the wish to "delight one's elderly parents." When first constructed, Yu Garden covered over 70 mu of land and was meticulously designed by Zhang Nanyang, a renowned garden architect of the Ming Dynasty, who personally oversaw its construction. The entire garden features grand scale and exquisite scenery. The current Yu Garden covers an area of 2 hectares, featuring staggered pavilions, rugged rocks, lush trees, and exquisite craftsmanship that reveals grandeur in miniature. It showcases the artistic style of Jiangnan garden architecture during the Ming and Qing dynasties with its serene beauty and delicate details. Yu garden still preserves historical sites such as the "library building" - the birthplace of Shanghai-style painting and calligraphy, and the "dianchun hall" in yu garden which served as the headquarters of the Shanghai small sword society uprising. Ancient scholars praised yu garden with accolades like "peerless beauty in the southeast" and "the crown of southeastern gardens". Many domestic and foreign political leaders and celebrities have visited Yu Garden, making it a rare traditional cultural landmark in Shanghai.Shanghai · 42.9km from Taicang

The experience was great, and the kids really enjoyed it. We bought a skiing and snow play package. The kids learned quickly; after only falling twice, they were skiing normally again. Three hours is about enough if you don't ski much. We had lunch at the snow-view restaurant at noon. 😅

The layout is well-designed, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced slopes, as well as a snow play area—there's something for everyone. The instructors are professional and the service is excellent. The shopping area has many adorable jellycats, and there are plenty of restaurants, making it very family-friendly. The most touching thing was that the instructors helped me put on my ski boots; these boots are really difficult to put on by yourself! For first-time skiers, I highly recommend hiring an instructor; learning to brake will prevent falls! Just wear warm, quick-drying clothing—no need for very thick layers—but wear thick socks that cover your calves. There are simple changing rooms inside.

Shaxi Ancient Town is divided into East Street and West Street, each with its own style. East Street offers local snacks and delicacies, while West Street boasts the cultural heritage of the Three Bridges, making it a quintessential Suzhou-style ancient street. A full five-star rating, a must! Haha.

I often say that the beauty of Jiangnan gardens lies in what is "hidden." Like this photograph, the plum blossoms are the dew, the tiles are the concealment; spring is the dew, time is the concealment. Look at these blurred plum blossoms, pink and delicate, like a mischievous child peeking out, offering the message of spring; while these green tiles stand quietly, hiding centuries of history within their mottled texture. The construction of Taicang Nanyuan embodies this principle. It doesn't lay all its beauty bare for you to see, but rather hides it in the eaves, in the shadows of flowers, in the interplay of reality and illusion. You must slow down, you must quiet your mind, to see through the hazy plum blossom shadows the moss on the tiles, the traces of time, and the inherent gentleness of Jiangnan gardens.

I've been to the Oriental Pearl Tower several times, and it's definitely worth going up on a clear day. It has transparent glass windows offering panoramic views of Shanghai. The only downside is the long queues. But it's still worth the trip!

There is not much commercial atmosphere in the ancient town, and there are still many houses. You can buy vegetables grown by locals, which are very fresh. The road is also very eye-friendly. There are also many fruits to buy on the roadside, such as yellow peaches and watermelons. Grapes from Jiading will be available soon.

The booking was easy, and we can only use our Passport to enter the park, and you will also get the park ticket after entered as well.I went on a weekday, but there were still a lot of visitors. The line to enter the park was quite long and took a while. There’s a bag check before entering (and it was a bit odd to see that some people weren’t allowed to bring in certain items, while others seemed to get them through). The lines for the rides were also long, depending on which attraction you choose. If you don’t want to wait too long, you can buy special passes.Even though the regular queues take time, the overall crowd management is quite good. The park is also clean.Overall, it was a fun experience, but you may need to plan your rides and timing if you want to get through everything you want.

A good place to visit - definitely. Went there in the afternoon, bought the ticket onsite via Trip which was a breeze. The place is quite large but can get crowded at certain photo spots. We exited at closing time and then took a walk at the adjacent street mall which is also beautiful.
