The China Milu Deer Park is known as the "Kenya of the East." Taking a sightseeing bus to see the milu deer, a species that doesn't resemble any other animal, was quite relaxing. The only downside was that they were out of carrots for sale, so we couldn't feed the deer, which was a bit of a disappointment.

The main attraction is the release of red-crowned cranes into the wild; the sight of flocks of cranes soaring over the reeds is truly therapeutic. The boardwalk, birdwatching tower, and red-crowned crane museum are perfect for a leisurely stroll, offering strong educational value and allowing you to learn about Xu Xiujuan's story of protecting the cranes. Wild red-crowned cranes mainly migrate from late November to March of the following year to overwinter; at other times, you'll mostly see cranes raised in breeding centers. The scenic area is open and windy, and covers a large area, so taking a sightseeing bus is recommended. It's suitable for those who enjoy pristine nature, birdwatching, and family educational trips, but not for tourists looking for amusement rides.

The scenery is delightful. For several kilometers, the metasequoia trees lining the road into the scenic area stand like two rows of guards. Walking along the anti-corrosion wooden boardwalk within the area, the bamboo forests beside it are particularly pleasing to the eye. You can also rent a bicycle or electric tricycle to explore the area. I was fortunate enough to catch a performance by a senior citizens' group, including solo singing, small chorus singing, and dance.

The Dutch Flower Sea during the National Day holiday is in full swing, with nearly 500,000 lilies of over 30 varieties blooming in a vibrant display. Pink, pale purple, and pure white lilies weave a colorful carpet, creating a picturesque scene alongside other flowers like spider flowers and sulfur cosmos. Every snapshot is a masterpiece. During the day, there's a flower parade, "A Dream of Flowers," and a European-style song and dance show. At night, a drone fireworks and light show creates a truly immersive atmosphere. The upgraded "Only Love: A Theatrical Fantasy City" show is worth seeing, offering a unique and immersive experience. It's recommended to enter in the afternoon to watch the sunset and enjoy the evening show for a more complete experience. The NPC games and interactive activities after dark are also worth trying.

You absolutely must buy a ticket for the scenic area shuttle bus when visiting Dayang Bay. It stops at several stations and runs approximately every 10 minutes. We drove to the West Gate, then took a small shuttle bus to the South Gate, and then a larger shuttle bus from the South Gate, stopping at several attractions in rotation. There are tons of shows in the scenic area, but unfortunately Dad didn't like them, so we left after about three hours. (Show schedule attached.)

I bought an annual pass, which is close to the park. The kids are very happy. There are fewer people during the week and the park closes at 5 o'clock. I play bumper cars several times every time. It's very good! The safety is also very high

Dazong Lake is definitely worth a visit, although many shops are closed during the day and only gradually open in the afternoon. The scenery is quite nice, especially the reed marshes. You must take a boat into the lake; otherwise, you won't feel the mystery and adventure of being there from the outside. Behind the reed marshes, there's an old street (I can't remember the name), where you can find dried tofu (5 skewers for 10 yuan), which is delicious and healthy. Wontons are also 10 yuan, quite affordable. The shopkeepers have three large orange cats, which are a bit afraid of people. We walked from Dongjin Water City to Dazong Lake, circled around it, and returned to the Water City, which took about half a day. Those with good stamina can walk this route; the sightseeing bus only goes around the outer perimeter, so exploring on your own will allow you to see many different views along the way.

Yanzhen Water Street is such a perfect place to just chill out in the morning! 🌿 It might not be big, but it's brimming with Jiangnan charm. Ancient buildings are reflected in the river. In the morning, there are almost no tourists; the entire street is completely occupied! Wandering through it, you truly feel the tranquility of time. I'm sure the afternoon will be bustling with activity.

It was raining when we went. We took a tour bus to the beach. I didn't get a picture of the spoon-shaped rock formation. We walked along the beach for a bit. It was quite late when we arrived, almost closing time. There's a bird museum at the tide-watching point that you can visit. We stayed for less than an hour and a half before the last shuttle bus left, and the driver urged us to go back. Maybe we should come when the weather is nice to see the spoon-shaped rock formation?
