The scenic area is based on the Shawang River water system, and there are many antique buildings in gray and white tones. In the scenic area, there are Dongzi Reading Desk, China Dezhou Confucian Culture Exhibition Hall, "Three Policy Guben" water archway, Dongzi Cultural Street, Chunhui Park and other attractions. Dong Zi's reading platform is the main scene in the scenic area. Dong Zhongshu studied Confucianism in Dezhou for 13 years in his youth. In history, Dong Zi's reading platform was built, which was later destroyed by war. The reconstructed Dongzi Reading Platform is 24.8 meters high and consists of Dongzi Reading Hall, Dongzi Temple and related supporting projects. In front of the reading table stands a bronze statue of Dong Zhongshu, a great Confucian of the Han Dynasty. The whole scenic spot takes Confucian culture as the theme, vigorously promotes Confucian ideology and culture, and at the same time, through the promotion of Dong Zi's spirit of "three years without peeking into the garden", it encourages young people to work hard and become the pillars of "virtuous and upright". There are also stone boats, Huxin Pavilion, Wuqu Bridge, Zhaozhou Bridge, Optimus Prime Fountain, Yinyang Fish Square and other landscapes in the scenic area.Show Less๏พ
