Lao Fuzhou Xuji (Doudong Branch), this is the second one we came to Fuzhou. It feels better than the first one, but the place is a bit cramped. This time we ordered the store's star Buddha Jumps Over the Wall for 329 yuan, which is better than the 100 yuan one in every way. The ingredients are better, the quality is better, and the soup is thicker. I love the taro paste in Fuzhou, which is delicate and smooth. The scallion oil sea chrysanthemum is a squid head, fresh and crispy.

Tips:
This route is suitable for tourists who arrive in Fuzhou at 8 or 9 in the morning and travel after checking in.
Yongquan Temple ticket is 40/person, but there is a small road at the cliff carvings of Yongquan Temple that leads directly to the road between Yongquan Temple and Prajna Hall (closer to Yongquan Temple), and it is unattended.
Fuzhou Kaiyuan Temple, built in the Liang Dynasty of the Southern and Northern Dynasties, is the oldest existing temple in Fuzhou and a temple that tourists will ignore, after all, the Kaiyuan Temple in Quanzhou is famous. The pilgrims of Kaiyuan Temple in Fuzhou are mainly locals or people living in the local area. There are very few tourists and the incense is very prosperous. The iron Buddha in the temple was cast in the late Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties, 1102 years ago.
