The Hull Trains Seat Map is usually the same on all trains. On busy Friday and Saturday services, though, two trains may be joined together for more capacity. If that’s the case, the Hull Trains Seating Plan just repeats itself. The following coaches will be the same: A/G, B/H, C/J, D/K and E/L.
- Standard seating can be found in Coaches A to D.
- First Class seating can be found in Coaches D (half coach) and E (entire coach).
- Wheelchair Space can be found in Coach A (Standard) and Coach E (First).
- Toilets with baby change facilities can be found in Coaches A, C, D and E. A and E are accessible.
- Bike Spaces can be found in Coaches B and D.
- Luggage Space can be found at the front of Coach A and at the front and back of Coaches B, C and D. There is also the usual underseat and overhead storage for cabin-sized bags.
- The Hull Trains Seating Plan means there are 43 First Class seats and 284 Standard Class seats.
- Coach A is unreserved seating. If you don't have a reservation, you may find a seat on this coach.
How to find your seats on Hull Trains trains
Having looked at our explanation of Hull Trains Seat Plan, you might be wondering how to actually find your seat. Luckily, it's simple! You should have a seat number on your reservation. This could be 'B27', for example. That means you'll be on Coach B, sitting in seat 27. We can see from the Hull Trains Seat Map that this is a window seat.
Look out for the coach number on the digital display to the side of each door. This will tell you which coach you're at, so you don't have a long walk down the aisle with a suitcase! Each seat is numbered on the wall of the train, so it's easy to find the right one.
Each seat has a display on the wall above it that says whether the seat is reserved or not. If it is reserved, it might tell you if that reservation only applies from or to particular stations. If it isn't reserved, you can sit in it even if you bought a walk-up ticket.
