Where can a Southeastern Season Ticket take me?
As its name suggests, Southeastern runs rail services between London and Kent. They operate from several of London's major stations, including London St Pancras International, London Victoria, London Charing Cross and London Cannon Street. Trains head from the capital to Gillingham, Faversham, Canterbury, Gravesend and even as far afield as Hastings in East Sussex.

How to get a Southeastern Season Ticket refund
If your circumstances change and you no longer need your Southeastern Season Ticket, it's possible to obtain a refund for the unused portion. That applies if:
- There are three or more days remaining on a weekly season ticket
- There are seven or more days remaining on a monthly or custom season ticket
Refunds for Digital Season Tickets can be requested via the 'My Bookings' section of the Trip.com app.
If you want to cancel a Paper Season Ticket, you'll need to take these steps:
- Log in to your Season Ticket account.
- Choose the 'Active' Season Ticket and select 'Refund'
- Post the tickets together with your ticket collection reference number to Train Services Team, Trip.com, 1st Floor, 1 Lochrin Square 92 Fountainbridge Edinburgh, United Kingdom EH3 9QA.
- Once your original tickets and documentation arrive, we'll verify your refund request.
