The lake is one of the most extensive in the area and it is a nice enclave because it seems that the mountains around it fall into it.
Overvalorised
The village is not for nothing beautiful. The only environment of the lake but not worth it, there are much better places in dolomits

Within the Dolomites ride, pass through Alleghe and its lake to reach north of the area. All the landscape is INCREIBLE. I recommend you to pass the area slowly and enjoy everything ...
