Can barely see it
I get the history, I do, but you can’t see much and the windows are filthy so good luck getting much from it. Like the idea though, but keep walking #travelDave

You can apply for a museum in the basement of the cathedral, but you can see it from some of this glass window. It's a little dirty over the years. It is located on Littergasse Street, just off the cathedral. I found it while walking down the street. I think it's for underground lighting.
