Must see in Belleville
Very cool area with historical buildings and market place, definitely a must see if you visit Belleville, great place to walk the street and see history
Much better towns than this soon to be bankrupt one, spend you money where it will be appreciated. I will never visit here again and you won’t get a single cent out of me, hopefully others follow suit...
Have gone there several times for different things. The staff are friendly and eager to help. I've never had to wait long and the best is that there is ample parking right across the street.
Good spot centrally and next to the river walk which is convenient. Next to summer markets and events. Just need to get some thriving business downtown!

City Hall Rocks
