It is a sort of contrast as you look towards Donibane-Lohizune (st Jean de Luz), just over the bridge, but the difference between both is huge and the atmosphere here is really interesting.

Away from the touristy town of Saint Jean de Luz, this cute harbor and beach town is a delight. Especially quiet in October. Sandy beaches, small restaurants and picturesque harbor.
