I went to check in at the West Orange Edison National Historical Park before, and found that there was an Edison Memorial Tower nearby, so I came to visit again. It is said that the world's first actual incandescent light bulb was born here in October 1879. Edison experimented here before moving to West Orange in 1884, and the tower also marks the location of Edison's Menlo Park Lab. The spire represents an incandescent bulb, and the museum displays Edison's inventions, including phonographs and various light bulbs

This is a treasure museum, Edison's contribution to mankind, can be said to be more than a small light bulb so simple, although no tickets are required, but can be donated lovingly, such a meaningful museum, worth visiting
Ctrip information is wrong, Thomas Edison Center at Menlo Park, 37 Christie Street, Edison, NJ 08820 The regular opening hours are Thursday to Saturday, 10:00-16:00. You can visit for free, it is recommended to pay at the standard of $5 per person. The old gentleman who explained was enthusiastic, funny and humorous, and I liked it very much. The pavilion displays many exhibits, materials, pictures that are closely related to Edison, including the humble model of the house, which is still made from the original building materials.
It is a really little-known place, in Edison City, New Jersey, that is, people living nearby rarely go to this memorial tower and museum. I have been there once because I didn't live too far from here. It is actually worth understanding how Edison invented electricity.
I have lived in New Jersey for more than 40 years and have often visited Edison, a city where Chinese (Taiwanese immigrants are particularly large) gather, and a famous school district, and now the majority of new immigrants from India are now. There is a joke that there are only teachers and at most one or two whites in primary school, with Indians accounting for 70% and Chinese accounting for more than 20%. This memorial tower is not too conspicuous, most people do not know what it is for, the museum is also very few people, I have been there once for a long time. But Edison is still a great man, and the contribution to mankind is huge.
Located in Jersey, a place worth visiting!
One visit is enough, the museum/monument to commemorate Edison, who invented the electric. It is located in Edison, in central New Jersey, where many Chinese live (previously more, now predominantly Indian).
