An absolutely GORGEOUS (and quite large) park with so much to see, do or just sit and enjoy! This should be a MUST STOP when in the area! Go have fun - you can thank me later!
The park has gone downhill for several seasons now !
For all the bragging former MAYOR NEESE did about ELKHART....... things like grooming this area or leaf -cleaning or snow removal.... went by the wayside
