Pu’u O Kila Lookout

The Puu O Kila observation deck is located at the top of Waimea Canyon and offers spectacular and beautiful views, including the Na Pali coastline and Kalalau Canyon. To get here, you need to drive along a picturesque road, and you can enjoy Waimea Canyon along the way. When you reach the top, you can see a parking lot, parking and access to the observation deck. Here you can see the unique scenery and landscape of Hawaii, including winding rivers, dense forests and steep mountains. It is also the starting point of the Pihea Trail, if you want to go a little further, the physical strength and time requirements are higher, we walked along the trail for a short time and then returned. If you want to further challenge and risk, you can continue to hike to the Alakai Swamp Trail (Marsh Hiking Trail) and Kilohana Lookout, which have some difficulty.
