Lotus Hill Holy Water Temple

Lianhuashan Shengshui Temple is located 30 kilometers north of Huludao City, at the southern foot of Lianhua Mountain in Yangjiazhangzi Economic Development Zone. The temple was built in AD 1720 (the fifty-ninth year of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty). The temple covers an area of about 10,000 square meters. Tianyuan Palace is a large-scale mountain gate tower of the monastery, with a square dome and three floors, the first and second floors are square, the third floor is octagonal, and the roof is spire. There are two floors of bells and drums on the east and west sides of the courtyard. In 1714 (the fifty-third year of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty), the great monk Chonghui settled down at Lianhua Mountain and built a temple for self-cultivation and self-cultivation, which was named Shengshui Temple. Since then, it has continued to expand and become a large-scale ancient building complex. Now it is a national key cultural relics protection unit and a well-known tourist destination.
