Enter a one-way street from the junction of Panna Park to the Ishigakijima Observatory. There is a junction to the park around the winding narrow mountain road for more than enough and I think it's about time to approach the observatory. I went to December 2018. It is an observatory near the Ishigakijima Observatory. It was a little inconvenient and I thought it was a difficult place to understand. If you run on a one-way mountain road, you will find the entrance to the observatory. Unfortunately it was raining on the day I went, so the view was not good.

It is a very good place with a panoramic view of the city center of Ishigaki and the sea. It was vacant, probably because it was located on the other side of Banna Park.
