This is my first time to go to Hosokura Mining Park. I paid an adult 500 yen ticket at the front desk and entered from the entrance. When I entered, it was very cold to wear short sleeves and I wanted a long sleeve shirt. Initially, I learned a lot about the history of tunnels, such as explosion ignition and rock cutting.

I think this is a quiet place, but it's really interesting! It's like a dungeon in another world, and it's exciting. You can also remove sand and gold from the mine. There is a temple inside, so you won't get tired of it.
It's big, equipped with amusement equipment, suitable for spending time with children like kindergarten. There's food here, so you can't bring anything. We recommend wearing long sleeves when entering the mine.
Although it is a laid-back theme park, you can learn about the history of the Hosokura mine. You can feel the vitality of the past in the urban landscape restored from the diorama. The tunnel is cool and comfortable in summer.
A surreal theme park. But this is so good! The tunnel is so cold that it is recommended to wear a jacket even in the summer if it is cold.
